Yes! So long as you keep your wristband on and it hasn’t been tampered with, you will be able to re-enter the event up until 8:00pm. Please note that each time you re-enter you may be subject to search.

Yes, everybody attending (including the littlest of little ones) must have a valid ticket. If you have purchased tickets and not ordered them for your children, then please get in touch: [email protected]

All of our entertainment is included in the ticket price. You will not have to pay for any of our workshops; activities or stage shows. The inflatables and fairground stalls will have a small charge to use/play; the glitter stall and food & drink will be individually priced.

You will be emailed an e-Ticket which will need to be shown on entry to the festival and you will be given wristbands to be worn at all times whilst you are within the festival site or if you intend on leaving and returning.

You can print your tickets if you would like to, or just download them on your mobile, or tablet. All we will need is to scan the code on the tickets.

All tickets (and other rewards and products) are non-refundable.
