The gates open at 12:00pm with the first band on stage around 1:00pm. Live bands will be playing all day until 10:00pm. Interactive workshops and shows will be taking place from 12:00pm until around 5:00pm.

Tents and Gazebos cannot be brought into the event; as our main arena is quite intimate, we simply do not have the space without people having their sight line obscured. Fold up chairs can be brought in but we ask you to be mindful of them once it gets dark.

Unfortunately, dogs are not invited to the party unless they are official assistance dogs. Please find a friendly buddy or neighbour to pamper your pooch while you’re away.

By all means bring your own food along, hopefully we will have a sunny day and you will be able to enjoy a picnic in the park alongside the entertainment. If you are planning on bringing soft drinks, they must be in unopened non-glass containers.

We’re afraid not! Due to licensing restrictions, only alcohol purchased within the event can be consumed on site.

Yes – we encourage payments to be made via card/phone. All our food & drink vendors will accept card payments.
