Can we purchase tickets at the gate?
No. Tickets much be purchased online, prior to the event. To purchase tickets please visit www.castleparklive.co.uk/tickets
Do toddlers need a ticket?
Yes, anybody attending the event must have an E-ticket. If you have purchased tickets and not ordered them for your children, then please get in touch: firstname.lastname@example.org
What time does the event start?
The gates open at 12pm with the first band on stage around 1pm. Live bands will be playing all day until 10:30pm. Interactive workshops and shows will be taking place from 12pm until around 5pm.
Will strobe lighting be used at the festival?
Yes, we will have some strobe lighting
How can I get help to find lost property?
Any lost property should be reported to the welfare area. We will take your contact details and a description of the item(s) and contact you if/when they turn up.
I have a disability. How accessible is the festival site?
Castle Park is completely accessible for everyone, regardless of disability. There are blue badge parking spaces on Frodsham Main street, close to the festival site
What food will be available at the festival?

Will there be any meat free eating options?
Yes! sustainable plant based meals will be on offer by some of our food vendors
What’s included in the Ticket Price?
All of our entertainment is included in the ticket price. You will not have to pay for any of our workshops; activities or stage shows. The Helter Skelter and fairground stalls will have a small charge to use/play; the glitter stall and food & drink will be individually priced.
Can I pay for food & drinks with my bank card?
Yes – we encourage payments to be made via card-payment. All food/drink vendors and non-food traders can accept card payments.
Will my festival ticket be mailed out in advance?
No. You will instead receive an e-Ticket which will need to be shown on entry to the festival and you will be given wristbands to be worn at all times whilst you are within the festival site or if you intend on leaving and returning.
Do I need to print out my tickets?
You can print your tickets if you would like to, but as e-Tickets you can bring them on your mobile, or tablet. All we will need is to scan the code on the tickets.
Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can’t make it?
All tickets (and other rewards and products) are non-refundable.
Where is the festival held?
Castle Park, Frodsham, Cheshire, WA6 6SA.
Where can I park?
Our official event parking is located at Frodsham Community Centre, Fluin Lane, Frodsham, WA6 7QN. This will be patrolled from 11am until 11pm on the event day. There will be no parking available within the grounds of Castle Park or on the surrounding roads.
What is the nearest train station to the festival?
The nearest train station is FRODSHAM, just a short 5 minute walk away.
Will I be able to leave the festival and then re-enter?
Yes, so long as you keep your wristband on you will be able to re-enter the event.
Can I bring glass to the event?
No glasses, crockery or knives of any sort are allowed into the event. This is for the safety and security of everyone. To ensure people have a safe fun event our security teams will conduct a bag search on entry.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, dogs are not invited to the party unless they are official assistance dogs. Please find a friendly buddy or neighbour to pamper your pooch while you’re away.
Can I bring my own food?
By all means bring your own food along, hopefully we will have a sunny day and you will be able to enjoy a picnic in the park alongside the entertainment. If you are planning on bringing soft drinks, they must be in unopened non-glass containers.
Can I BBQ?
No; by all means bring along a picnic but strictly no BBQ’s.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
I’m afraid not! Due to licensing restrictions, only alcohol purchased within the event can be consumed on site.
